Member Accounts and Redemption Applications

Use an email address you control and keep your account credentials private. Membership does not grant administrator access.

Submitting an application or registering a tracking number does not confirm redemption eligibility. For physical-card redemption, TELECA must receive and verify the card before approving the exchange. Follow the product-specific mailing instructions and shipping policy shown when applying.

Use the application ID when contacting us about address corrections, cancellation, delayed fulfillment, returns or delivery issues. A shipped status records dispatch, not confirmed delivery. Code-based redemption will be announced separately for eligible products.
