Member Accounts and Redemption

For member accounts and redemption applications, we process your email, name, preferred language, recipient name, phone number, shipping address, card reference, application history and shipment tracking details. We use these details to verify applications, arrange fulfillment and send service updates.

Only authorized operators may access application records. Account details and application history are not public. Your account password is handled by our authentication provider; operators do not need your password.

To request correction, account closure or deletion of personal information, contact us through the Contact page. A profile address change applies to future applications; contact us separately to correct an existing application.
